Product Information A curved silhouette. Strong, angular wooden legs. Design details Back cushion details Fibre wrapped foam seats Oak legs Designer's notesThe epitome of mid-century design, our Barbican range offers a retro-inspired option for your home. A distinctive shape with sharp, angled wooden legs and a curving base. Medium: Striking a balance between support and comfort, this range has a medium comfort rating. With a structured design to help retain shape, these sofa cushions retain more of their shape when sat on, and require less plumping. As leather is a natural product, there are natural characteristics on each leather hide used to make our sofas. These could be things like brand marks, insect bites or wrinkles. A large sofa could be made with as many as four hides so there may also be some slight colour variation, however we have strict guidelines to make sure any noticeable marks aren't in a prominent place. These distinctive qualities also mean that no two pieces of leather furniture will be exactly the same. Leather Working Group (LWG) Certified LeatherOwing to variations in computer screen resolution and settings, the fabric you receive may look slightly different to how it appears here. I’m a big fan of the Barbican leather chair for its clean lines and compact proportions - the gently angled light oak legs lift the frame, keeping it from feeling too heavy. The soft, aniline leather is hard-wearing yet ages attractively, so it’s a smart long-term investment. It works equally well in a Scandi-inspired living room or a pared-back industrial space. To style it, drape a textured wool throw over one arm, add a slim metal-framed side table for your coffee cup, and introduce a contrasting cushion in muted ochre or petrol blue to bring out the leather’s depth.
