I’m a fan of the greige filing desk for its neat, minimalist frame and integrated drawers - it feels custom without the custom price. The muted tone works brilliantly in Scandi, Japandi or modern-industrial schemes and won’t compete with bolder accents.
To style it, keep the desktop clear except for a slim LED lamp and a low-profile tray for stationery. Tuck a small potted plant or a stack of neutral-coloured notebooks into one corner, and use matching file boxes inside the drawers to maintain order and maximise the storage benefit.
