Part of our Elementary range, this solid pine cotbed is a straightforward design that's easy to assemble. The bed has three adjustable base positions. You can use the space under the bed for storage to keep your child's favourite toys handy. This cotbed also offers the great value-added feature of having teething rails. These are there so that they can protect your baby from any harm as they go through the natural process of teething. If you do not wish to have these on the cotbed, please remove them before assembly. Suitable from birth, this cotbed requires a standard 140 x 70cm mattress with a maximum thickness of 12cm (sold separately). The cotbed complies with safety standards EEN 716-1:2017+AC:2019 & EN 8509:2008+A1:2011. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
