Our indulgently smooth satin weave bed linen is made from ultra-fine cotton, specially woven in Portugal to create a refined, luxurious finish. 100% Cotton The world’s most widely used natural fibre, versatile cotton makes the perfect bed linen; cool, lightweight, soft and breathable. 1200 Thread count By twisting yarns together before weaving, we were able to create this bed linen’s high thread count. Thread count refers to the number of threads per square inch and, typically, the higher the number the softer and smoother the feel. Care instructions We recommend washing this bed linen at 40ºC but it can be washed at 30ºC. Lower temperatures save energy, helping to be kinder to the environment. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
