This 400 thread count cotton bed linen is made using a satin weave, for a subtle sheen and smooth, silky feel. As well as sets, which are sold with standard pillowcases, additional standard pillowcases, and a range of other pilowcases sizes, are available to purchase singly. 100% Cotton The world's most widely used natural fibre, versatile cotton makes the perfect bed linen; cool, lightweight, soft and breathable. 400 Thread count This number refers to the number of threads per square inch. Typically, the higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the feel. Care instructions We recommend washing this bed linen at 40°C but it can be washed at 30°C. Lower temperatures save energy, helping to be kinder to the environment. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
