Made by us at our textile factory in Lancashire Since 1953, our expert Partners have designed and manufactured a range of high-quality textiles at our UK factory, Herbert Parkinson. This includes our naturally filled bedding and Made to Measure 7-day service for curtains, blinds and cushions. Combining traditional handmade processes with state-of-the-art technology, our skilled Partners see each product through the entire creation process, ensuring it meets the design and quality standards we’re known for. About John Lewis
A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion
John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy.
