Description

Revolution is our unique curtain pole/track system that can be customised to suit your home. It can be used as a curtain pole with rings or, by simply revolving the pole through 180°, as a decorative curtain track with gliders. The exact contents of your order will depend on the size and product you've selected. Poles are cut to your exact requirements and prices are per half metre of pole, so if you need a pole that's 210cm in length you'll need to order the 250cm size. If you require bends please look for the 4.8m size with 2 bends. When you're ready simply place your order and a representative from our supplier will contact you by phone. This will on the same day if your order is placed before 5pm, or the following day if the order is placed after 5pm. Your curtain pole will be completed and delivered to you within 7 days of ordering. Alternatively, you can contact our supplier (Bradley) straight away by emailing johnlewis@bradleycollection.com Further information on this pole configuration: This configuration is sold as a curtain track with curl gliders, which are specifically for use with wave headed curtains Can be fixed to a wall or ceiling Hand drawn tracks contain no cording, which means you open and close your curtains by hand. We do not recommend these for use with delicate fabrics

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
