Our Stylist Says
I love the Jennings headboard for its bold mustard velvet finish, which adds a vibrant touch to both contemporary and eclectic interiors. Its plush, oversized design works well in modern, luxe bedrooms but can also serve as a statement piece in more minimal schemes, offering both comfort and visual impact. To style around it, consider pairing with neutral bedding for a sophisticated look or adding patterned cushions for texture and contrast. It’s versatile enough to work with wooden or metal bed frames, and a great way to introduce colour without overwhelming the space. Practical tip: make sure the room gets plenty of natural light to really enhance the rich velvet’s colour and texture.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
