Description

Jared Outdoor 2 Light Wall Light with PIR Sensor, Stainless Steel

Our Stylist Says

I love the sleek, minimalist design of this outdoor wall light, making it versatile for a variety of settings. Its stainless steel finish lends a contemporary edge that pairs well with modern exteriors, but it can also complement more industrial or transitional styles. The PIR sensor adds practicality, providing automatic lighting that’s perfect for security and convenience without cluttering your space. For styling tips, consider installing multiple units along a garden path, entranceway, or patio wall to create a cohesive look. It works particularly well when combined with other clean-lined, understated outdoor features, ensuring your exterior feels both practical and stylish.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
