The Japali bedspread borrows its floral print block print from Indian culture, adding a chic, warm and ultra-contemporary tribal touch. A neo-romantic creation by our designers at La Redoute Intérieurs Lightweight and very soft, the cotton veil is distinguished by its airy appearance. Its transparency and flexibility make it unique. Its delicate finish does not detract from its extreme strength and durability. Product Details • 100% cotton • Cotton voile • Polyester filling, 100g/m² • Crafted in India using a traditional block printing technique • Front printed with a large flowers motif, surrounded by stripes • Continuous small flowers motif printed on reverse side • Flat hem Quality Info • Indian block printing consists of hand-printing prints using stamps carved in wood. This process requires patience, precision and know-how : each press of the pad deposits the colour with a unique intensity and alignment. It is precisely in these slight irregularities (a more pronounced line, a slightly softer shade, a subtle shift in the print) that the charm of the block print lies. These variations are not defects, but the signature of the craftsman and proof of entirely handmade work.
