Description
With the Jana vases, Italian designer Antonio Forteleoni brings up-to-date the magic of ancient manufacturing techniques, which originated in Sardinia. These vases and hand-crafted with raw ceramic on a traditional potter's wheel. They are characterised by linear, geometric shapes, a coarse and irregular texture, enhanced by an earthy colour tone. With its extremely sleek geometric shape, the Jana vase has a look that is both ethnic and graphic. You can use it alone or even position it amongst other candlesticks or vases to create a stunning composition. The Jana vases are a contemporary reinterpretation of ancient ceramic art: any imperfections in the colouring or finish should be seen as precious features.
