Our Stylist Says
The Jameson in Claret velvet offers a luxurious focal point that elevates both classic and contemporary interiors. Its soft velvet upholstery adds depth and richness to the space, making it ideal for glam, modern, or opulent schemes. I love how it combines comfort with sophisticated style-perfect for cosy bedrooms that want a touch of elegance. For styling tips, consider pairing it with metallic accents, such as gold or brass, to enhance its luxe vibe. Keep the surrounding colour palette neutral or muted to let the bed stand out, and add layered linens and textured cushions for a welcoming feel. Its bespoke design also means it works well in larger rooms where it can command attention without overpowering the space.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
