Made from oak and oak veneer with a lovely waxed finish, this headboard on this striking industrial-style bedframe displays the authentic live edge of the wood from which it is crafted. With its organic curves and beautiful wood grain, this bed frame is a must-have for anyone who appreciates the natural beauty of the world around us. The simple metal surround which forms the base of the bed and frames its headboard is made of steel and has an on trend black powder-coated finish. Available in double and king sizes, this substantial bedstead is suitable for all types of standard mattress and provides excellent support thanks to the rows of pine slats. The Jagger bed frame is part of the Jagger bedroom collection which includes wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables. Please note: Each one-of-a-kind Jagger piece features a sustainably harvested solid live edge. A live edge shows the original lines of the wood’s trunk in a very raw state with characterful colour variations, knots and silvery markings known as medullary rays. As these aesthetic features are not always practical, we fill them to create a smooth waxed surface that’s also easier to care for.
