Description
Based on the movement, the Ixa lamp collection is inspired by the dynamic sculptures of Alexander Calder. These floor lamps are composed of an assembly of mobile stems and counterweights, acting as a support with an adjustable, spherical head. Through precise engineering, each element constituting the lamp is assembled with harmony and logic, in an elegant balance. The long, rotating arm and adjustable diffuser allow you to direct the light precisely in any direction. This wall light lets you direct the light flow above you whatever you’re doing: reading in an armchair, eating around a table... So, it's a useful replacement for a pendant, or even a floor lamp. Ixa puts the light where you need it, and encourages physical interaction with the piece, making us conscious directors of our lighting surface, inviting us to adjust it to meet our requirements. Ixa is the expression of functional, productive and durable intelligence, through choices of reduction and simplification, born from profound and conceptual expertise. Ixa is a timeless project that adapts into countless settings, meeting various lighting needs.
