This gorgeous 5 light flush ceiling fitting finds the perfect balance between practicality and style, working well on low ceilings without having to sacrifice its stylish design! The 6 tier chrome structure has an elegant, modern look that’s great for the dining room, bedroom, or living room, giving a fresh and updated style to any décor! The crystal effect glass droplets catch the light for a sophisticated shimmer, making the Ivy flush light a wonderful addition to your home.

Our Stylist Says

I love the chandelier for its timeless elegance and ability to elevate a variety of interiors. Its polished chrome finish and cascading crystal design make it a great choice for classic or contemporary spaces, adding a touch of glamour without overpowering the decor. It's particularly effective in rooms with high ceilings or in dining areas where it can create a stunning focal point. When styling with this, consider pairing it with neutral or sophisticated colour palettes to let the crystals shine, and keep surrounding furnishings sleek and understated to let the chandelier truly stand out. Practical tip: ensure the height of the ceiling and the size of the room are proportionate to avoid overwhelming smaller spaces.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
