Description
The Ipno pendant combines tradition and innovation, glass-blower expertise and cutting-edge optical technology. The blown glass transparent globe is light as a feather. Inside of the globe is a smart PMMA pleated corolla in a deliciously retro style. This corolla-shaped diffuser hides the optical device and avoids glare. The LED source is located behind an engraved lens which concentrates the light and directs it downwards. The light flow is then reflected by the white glass disk located under the lampshade. Light emission is optimal: the light is cast evenly, is functional and not blinding. The elements which make up this pendant have been reduced to the essential so that the light can be expressed fully….
