Description

What better way to organise and display your kitchen and cooking essentials? We love the utilitarian feel of this portable kitchen island. Featuring a brass finish and easy clean surface. H87 x W153 x D46cm. Made of iron and brass. Wipe clean with a damp and soft cloth. Featuring four wire mesh drawers and one large storage shelf. Wheels at the base of legs for easy movement. Brass naturally changes colour when exposed to air and oils in skin. To restore sheen, polish with a brass cleaner or homemade paste, then buff.

Our Stylist Says

I love this industrial-style kitchen storage console for its utilitarian appeal and versatile design. It works particularly well in urban or loft-inspired interiors where raw, metal finishes complement exposed brick or concrete walls. Practical styling tips include using the top surface for organising condiments or kitchen accessories, while the wire baskets are ideal for storing utensils, paperwork, or even growing herbs for added greenery. Its mobility is a bonus, making it suitable for both dining areas and flexible kitchen spaces. To refine the aesthetic, pair it with other metal accents or industrial lighting-think exposed bulbs or vintage pendant lights-to create a cohesive, stylish look.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
