Our Stylist Says
I love this set because it offers a contemporary and versatile look that can work well in both modern and transitional interiors. The grey table provides a neutral base that can easily be styled with colourful or neutral accessories, while the black leg chairs with their yellow seats add a pop of colour and personality. It’s great for creating a lively dining area without overwhelming the space. Practical tips include pairing it with soft-toned or patterned tableware to soften the look, and using cushions on the chairs to add comfort and additional colour. The understated design makes it suitable for open plan kitchens, family dining rooms, or even more formal dining spaces, depending on how it’s styled with accessories and lighting.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
