Our Stylist Says
I love this console table for its sleek combination of walnut and black, offering a versatile yet modern look that can suit both contemporary and mid-century interiors. It works particularly well in hallways or as an accent piece in living rooms, providing functional surface space without feeling bulky. Practical styling tips include layering with a decorative tray or small sculptures for visual interest, and pairing it with statement lighting or artwork above to make the area feel curated. Its lightweight of 10kg makes it easy to reposition if needed, and the clean, minimalist design ensures it complements a wide range of colour palettes and interior styles.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
