Description
Taika candle by Iittala is a decorative candle in paraffin and vitrified porcelain that combines an atmospheric glow with an imaginative form. Designer Klaus Haapaniemi creates a fairy-tale-inspired expression in the Taika collection that brings personality to the table setting and everyday life. The porcelain container serves as a beautiful detail even when the candle is not lit and can be used again and again. Perfect as a candle on the table or in the window where you want to create an inviting atmosphere and enjoy a mood-enhancing candlelight experience.
Our Stylist Says
I love this candle for adding a pop of colour and warmth to a neutral or minimalist interior. Its rich pomegranate red hue pairs beautifully with Scandinavian-inspired palettes, creating a cosy focal point without overwhelming the space. It works particularly well in relaxed living rooms, dining areas, or even on a bathroom shelf for a touch of elegance. Practical styling tips include grouping it with other candles of varying heights, or combining it with natural materials like wood or woven textures for an inviting, layered look. Its size makes it versatile-perfect for centrepieces or as a standalone accent that delivers impact without clutter.
