The Alvar Aalto vase 200 mm from Iittala is an exclusive piece of craftsmanship and a timeless design icon. Mouth-blown in a wooden mould from 100% glass at the Iittala glassworks, each vase gains a unique surface texture that beautifully captures and reflects light. Since the wooden moulds are only used a limited number of times, subtle variations occur which make each piece unique. The iconic, organic shape is inspired by the flow of nature and creates an elegant expression in all types of interiors. With its sculptural design, the vase is equally striking with flowers as it is as a standalone interior detail.
