Alvar Aalto vase 140 mm from Iittala is an exclusive piece of craftsmanship and an icon in modern design. Mouth-blown in a wooden mould from 100% glass at the Iittala glassworks, each vase has a unique surface texture that beautifully reflects the light. The wooden moulds are used only a limited number of times, creating subtle variations and making each piece unique. The organic, flowing form is inspired by nature and adds a dynamic expression to the décor. The glass enhances the timeless elegance of the design, making the vase as beautiful with flowers as it is as a sculptural artwork.
