Designed by Michael Anastassiades in 2014 for Flos, the IC W2 Outdoor Wall & Ceiling Light explores balance in its most simplified form, now tailored to outdoor use. Meticulously fashioned from brushed stainless steel across several hues, the faultlessly contemporary design is finished with a statement blown-glass opal diffuser. Casting a subtle glow, the ethereal orb provides the perfect finishing touch to this dimmable light, while the IP65 rating makes it safe for use in the garden, patio and terrace. The design is informed by footage of a juggler spinning a set of spheres in the air. Anastassiades was mesmerised by the seeming weightlessness yet still in-motion spinning forms and set out to represent this effortless balance through his coveted IC Lighting collection. Requires: 1x E27max. 205W bulb (not included).
