Unlike conventional springs a Pocket Spring is sat within its own fabric 'pocket' and will not interfere with its neighbouring springs. The result of this is that the support offered is very accurate indeed. As each spring is compressed, it will move up and down like a piston. Hypnos' springs are a step forward still. Their ReActive springs actually get firmer as more weight is applied, so they're able to offer the precise level of firmness needed. This mattress has the 8 Turn system, meaning it recognises 8 different levels of firmness. The Wool Superior mattress also features an extra layer of Adaptiv™ comfort springs, a slightly softer spring on top of their normal springs for a final flourish of luxury.
