I’m a big fan of the Harriett headboard for its clean, vertical-channel upholstery and solid build - it instantly gives a bedroom a tailored, hotel-style feel. The premium fabric comes in a range of colours, so it works just as well in a muted Scandi scheme as it does paired with richer, jewel-toned accents in a contemporary setting. To style it, layer crisp white linens with a couple of textured cushions that pick up the headboard’s hue, then add a light throw at the foot of the bed for contrast. Wall-mounted bedside lights either side will emphasise the headboard’s height without crowding your nightstands, and a simple floating shelf above can hold a piece of art or a small plant to complete the look.
