A generous 26cm deep, the mattress has 1000 ReActivePro™ expertly engineered pocket springs, each with 6 active turns and Triple Edge Protection™ for support to the edge of the bed. The mattress fillings are sustainably sourced cotton and wool layers, while the soft-to-the-touch cover is woven from unbleached cotton that is made naturally fire-resistant. The platform top, stylish divan base is built from sturdy FSC®-certified Scandinavian pine and upholstered in a choice of plush, fine fabrics. The Bliss mattress is single sided, so there’s no need to turn, just rotate it regularly. Our recommendation is to rotate the mattress weekly for the first 3 months of use and then once every season. Please air the mattress for four hours after delivery to freshen and allow any aromas from storage to dissipate. It may take time for your mattress to attain its full size once the springs have settled to the correct position. This is due to the mattress being upright during transit. Settlement of fillings and indentations caused by body weight compressing the fillings are nothing to worry about, not a defect but a natural characteristic of a luxury mattress with generous layers of natural fibres.
