Using classic mid-century elements of juxtaposed polished metal and glass cylindrical shapes, Hudson Valley Lighting have made this Wallis pendant light stunningly contemporary with just a few clever twists. The slender steel rods are finished with a lustrous aged brass tone, instead of the bright copper of the 1960s, and the crystal glass rods are offset at various heights around a simple circular support. The crystal rods and the placement of the bulbs direct light both downwards and softly outwards for overlapping waves of illumination.
