Description
The Howard lighting collection sports a classic industrial style with a touch of luxury. Danish studio Space Copenhagen designed the Howard lamps to equip the rooms of the Howard 11 hotel, in the So Ho district of Manhattan. Named after the hotel, the Howard collection refers to New York City's urban grammar, dominated by dark metal and industrial aesthetics: a celebration of the materiality of New York seen through Scandinavian eyes. The Howard collection features a raw industrial aesthetic combined with refined, elegant details. Each pendant engages in a game of contrast. Made of translucent porcelain or dark metal, the pendants are enlivened with golden brass details. The versions with metal lampshade combine a sober bronze exterior with a sophisticated brushed brass finish interior. The metal gains a nice patina over time. The white porcelain versions combine the preciousness and nobility of ceramic with raw metal elements. The 4-branch chandelier stands out with its sculptural silhouette with its modern, sophisticated expression. Howard pendants are suitable for both private and public spaces.
