Quality Info • Handcrafted, each piece is unique and has its own shades of colour that may differ from one rug to another. • Wool is a warm and comfortable fibre. Care Advice • Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is normal, as the rug "unburdens" by rejecting its excess fibres. Remove lint as much as possible by hand and definitely do not use the vacuum cleaner in brushing mode because this has the effect of pulling the fibres and tearing them out.. The pilling will improve over time. • We advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much, always without using the brush. • Remove stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth. • Dry clean recommended.
