Description
Stately in its proportions and rich in its period-inspired detail, this Hotel Paris large grey clock with glass brings a sense of grand, classical timekeeping to a contemporary interior. The substantial case is finished in a refined grey tone that feels both sophisticated and thoroughly versatile, referencing the elegance of Parisian hotel lobbies and the quiet grandeur of European heritage interiors. The glass-fronted case adds a layer of refined transparency, protecting the clock face whilst lending the piece a sense of considered craftsmanship and display-worthy detail. The large format ensures a commanding presence on a mantelpiece, sideboard, or console, where it anchors the surface with a sense of permanence and considered scale. The clock face itself is designed for clarity and aesthetic impact, with numerals and hands that balance legibility with decorative intent. A reliable quartz movement ensures accurate timekeeping with minimal maintenance, combining the piece's decorative ambitions with everyday practical function. Within an interior, the large grey clock integrates naturally into classic, French-inspired, and contemporary transitional schemes, complementing marble surfaces, gilded accessories, and soft, neutral palettes. For retailers, it represents a compelling hero product within a clock category, offering strong visual impact on the shop floor and broad consumer appeal across premium gift, lifestyle, and interiors markets.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
