Traditionally handwoven, the Lhasa rug from Homescapes has thick braided ends, and fringing throughout the rug to add some textured style to your home interiors. Featuring a traditional design, Lhasa is made up of earthy browns and creams to compliment hardwood floors and furniture. Lhasa will make a perfect addition to your living room, dining room or study if you want to add some laid back style. The ends have braided fringes to give this rug a plush, full and textured look, and Lhasa is also available as a runner size to add some dcor to your landing or hallway. Like every rug from Homescapes, Lhasa has been lovingly handwoven on a traditional loom. Created from 75 wool and 25 cotton, this rug is strong and durable and is ideal for daily use. This rug is available from Homescapes in four sizes, small 90 x 150 cm, medium 120 x 170 cm, large 160 x 230 cm and 66 x 200 cm (hall runner). Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
