I’m a fan of the Harvey bar set for its clean, industrial lines and the subtle warmth of the beech-effect footrests against the matte black finish. It suits city flats, modern-Scandi kitchens or any compact dining nook where you need a pared-back look without feeling too cold.
Styling tip: hang a single metal pendant above to echo the frame, then layer in a slim runner or set of place mats to soften the tabletop. A small tray with a couple of tumblers and a low vase of foliage keeps things practical but still inviting.

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
