Our Stylist Says
This yellow velvet wingback armchair set is a fantastic addition to both modern and transitional interiors. I love how the tufted detailing adds a touch of elegance without overpowering a space, making these chairs versatile for living rooms, bedrooms, or even home offices. Their bright colour works well as a pop of vibrancy in more neutral schemes or can complement contemporary colour palettes. For styling tips, consider pairing them with neutral or grey-toned furnishings to let the yellow really stand out, or mix with other bold colours for a lively, eclectic look. Placing them around a central table, like in a living or dining area, creates inviting focal points, and adding textured cushions can soften the look while increasing comfort. They’re practical, stylish, and sure to bring a cheerful touch to your interior.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
