Our Stylist Says
The tall, white bookcase is a versatile storage piece that works brilliantly in both contemporary and classic interiors, thanks to its clean lines and neutral colour. I love its adjustable shelves, which make it easy to personalise for everything from books and office supplies to decorative accessories. It’s perfect for creating a functional home office corner, a cosy reading nook, or even bedroom storage. Practical styling tips include grouping books by colour or size for a sleek look, adding small plants or decorative boxes to break up the vertical space, and using the bottom cupboards for less attractive items to keep the look tidy. Overall, it’s a practical and adaptable piece that can seamlessly blend into different interiors while providing ample storage.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
