Our Stylist Says
I really like this tall bookcase for its versatile and fresh light green shade, which can brighten up UK interiors without overpowering the space. Its six-tier design offering adjustable shelves makes it practical for storing everything from books to decorative boxes, making it ideal for home offices, living rooms, or even bedrooms. As a stylist, I’d suggest styling it with a mix of organised books, plants, and small decorative items to add personality and keep the space feeling inviting. Its colour works particularly well in modern, Scandi, or pastel-themed interiors, where soft tones create a calm and cohesive look. To keep it looking tidy, use storage baskets or labelled boxes on some shelves, and layer items at different heights for visual interest.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
