The HOMCOM double bed frame changes that with a rock-solid 8-leg metal structure that supports up to 272 kg, providing a wobble-free foundation for a peaceful night. Its elegant diamond-patterned headboard adds a refined industrial touch, while the 32 cm under-bed clearance offers a discreet home for storage. More than just a frame, it's a reliable anchor for your bedroom, blending style with utility.
Our Stylist Says
I love this black metal bed frame for its sleek, minimal design - it lends a modern edge to any bedroom. Its simple silhouette makes it versatile enough to work well in both contemporary and industrial styled spaces, especially when paired with neutral or muted colour schemes. Practical styling tips include layering with textured bedding and cushions for comfort, and adding bedside lamps or statement lights to soften the look. The open, airy structure also pairs nicely with woven baskets or under-bed storage to keep the room tidy and functional. Overall, it’s a sturdy, timeless choice that can be dressed up or down to suit different interiors.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
