The irregular, asymmetrical lines feature hollows and bulges, offering a changing appearance depending on the angle of view. Hoba is inspired by the meteorite it's named after, the largest ever to fall to Earth, discovered in Namibia in 1920.Foscarini's Hoba table lamp is made from mouth-blown glass. It is made using a special glass-blowing process that allows slightly different shapes to be obtained on each piece. The asymmetrical lines are never quite the same from one piece to the next. So Hoba is a collection of constantly evolving pieces, always unique, mass-produced but with the unmistakable characteristics of the handmade. The diffused light is warm and enveloping, perfect for illuminating spaces. It guarantees exceptional lighting quality, highlighting the details and nuances of interior spaces.
