This model is made with a TriFlex back which offers ergonomic performance with even greater durability. It's made from engineered plastic that defines three key zones to provide support. The three zones include: the sacral and lower lumbar, the centre of the spine and the upper scapula. The backrest therefore forms and moves with your body as you alter positions throughout the working day. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy.
