The fascinating anthropomorphic Him & Her chairs are on the crossroads between modern and industrial design. Brilliant Fabio Novembre has restyled the legendary Panton Chair. The backrest shows a shape of a naked male or female body - sculptured forms of human bodies as models of seduction... These chairs are produced from plaster moulds made directly on the naked body of two models. Disturbing realism that makes it possible to admire splendid details of skin folds... These furniture-sculptures are very original and will create a dreamlike, fantastic world. The naked bodies arise questions about the sense of this original nudity, about shame, about desire. Fabio Novembre refers to the book of Genesis to explain his work: God said, ″It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him. [...] They were both naked, the man and his wife, and they felt no shame.″Stated price is for the female version Her Chair. Made of polyethylene, this chair is for both indoor and outdoor use.
