Price History

Description

A perfect bed frame for the bedrooms of Victorian terraces and other period homes. The Henley metal bed frame is a nostalgic re-design of the classic 'gaslight' beds of Victorian-era Britain and as seen in hospitals and dormitories of the age. The Henley's bold, curved head and footboards create a strong traditional aesthetic, accentuated by subtle, detailed castings. The frame includes a matching metal guest bed trundle. The trundle bed is sprung slatted and fits a UK standard single 3ft mattress. Due to the nature of the trundle bed we recommend a mattress no greater than 15cm in depth. Note The trundle is intended to be used as a separate bed, and not put against the main bed.

Our Stylist Says

I love this bed frame for its sleek, minimalist black metal design, which offers a versatile and contemporary look that can complement various interior styles. It's particularly well-suited for modern, industrial, or Scandinavian-inspired bedrooms. The fact that it doubles as a guest bed with the fold-out trundle makes it a practical choice for smaller spaces or multi-use rooms. For styling, keep the bedding simple with neutral or monochrome tones to highlight its clean lines, and add textured cushions or throws to soften the overall look. Pairing it with understated bedside tables and minimal accessories will help create a functional yet uncluttered aesthetic.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
