Finished stylishly with button detailing on the cushions. Made in Italy, this sofa is upholstered in a luxuriously soft wool rich fabric blended with polyamide and acrylic for increased resistance to wear and fading, making it ideal for busy homes. Removable frame covers ensure easy cleaning, although we do recommend professional cleaning to avoid colour variation. In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
