The seat is foam filled for comfort and the frame is constructed from solid, hardwood. The chair has long, bronze-coloured stainless steel legs that perfectly contrast the soft finish of the velvet. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
