Description
English hedgerows come alive in Summer with the sharp contrast of vivid green against the pale pinks of the Dogrose, finishing their bloom with pops of orange rosehips. Bold stripes cross paths creating subtle colours and unexpected tones. By placing the stripes in only one section of the design, the negative space makes this a contemporary piece for your home. This throw is Majeda’s first single cloth, it is beautifully lightweight which softly folds. The Dogrose blanket is woven in a beautiful valley on the Lancashire/ Yorkshire border in England, in one of the few working mills dating back to the 1700s. This collection is woven with 100% lambswool, spun locally. Utilizing regional weaving knowledge with a contemporary twist each soft lambswool blanket is a cherished heirloom.
