Our Stylist Says
This dining set offers a modern approach with its mix of materials-the ceramic rusty brown top provides an industrial feel, while the black base adds a sleek, contemporary touch. It’s versatile enough to work well in open-plan kitchens or dining rooms with urban, Scandinavian, or eclectic styles. I love pairing this with neutral or textured décor, such as soft rugs or woven placemats, to soften the overall look. The swivel chairs in beige create a subtle contrast that keeps the setup inviting and comfortable. For practical styling, consider adding a statement centrepiece like a low floral arrangement or a centre runner to break up the table’s surface and add visual interest without overwhelming its minimalist appeal.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
