As an illustration of the limitless freedoms and possibilities of contemporary design, the Gabriella pendant is a perfect example of how traditional elements and formulations can be refigured to create something utterly distinctive and new. It is constructed from vertical and horizontal lines whose rigidity is tempered by the elegant shimmer of brass. Borrowing boldly from conventional pendant lights, it places four opal glass shades asymmetrically along the horizontal.
