I love the Vienna bench for its clean lines and live-edge oak top, which bring a bit of warmth without feeling bulky. At 180 cm long but only 35 cm deep, it’s perfect in a hallway or at the foot of a bed in a contemporary, Scandi-inspired or modern-rustic scheme.
For styling, drape a chunky knit throw or slim runner across one end, then balance with a stack of coffee-table books and a small ceramic vase on the other. It’s also a great spot to lean a framed print against the wall or to park a couple of woven baskets underneath for extra storage.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
By the 1900s, almost everyone in London knew Heal's for its great furniture. Interestingly, they were also among the first to sell electric lights in Britain. During World War II, their main store even helped by making parachutes for soldiers.
