I’m a fan of the Torrington sofa for its deep, cushioned seats and slim black legs that give a sense of lightness despite its generous size. The dusk velvet feels luxe without shouting, and the low arms make it easy to layer with scatter cushions or a textured throw.
It suits modern, minimalist or Scandi-inspired living rooms and even adds warmth to industrial schemes. Keep styling simple: place it against a pale wall to let the colour pop, anchor it with a natural-fibre rug, and introduce metal accents (brass side tables or a slim coffee table) for contrast. Finish with a couple of green plants to soften the overall look.
