I’m a big fan of the Torrington sofa in indigo boucle - its crisp lines and slim black metal legs give it a light, airy feel even at three-seater scale. The soft, tactile boucle fabric adds just enough texture to stop it looking too severe, while the deep blue tone works equally well against pale Scandi-style walls or richer, moody backdrops in a more eclectic scheme.
For styling, keep your palette simple: a couple of linen or velvet cushions in complementary shades (soft terracotta or muted ochre lift the indigo beautifully) and a cosy wool throw draped casually over one arm. Pair it with a round coffee table in oak or brass to soften the angles, and introduce a sculptural floor lamp for height - this will create a balanced and inviting living space without overcrowding the room.
