I’m a fan of the Lars desk in green for its neat proportions and rich colour-on-wood contrast - perfect for both mid-century-inspired and contemporary schemes. Its slim profile makes it ideal for small home-office corners or even a hallway setup.
Keep styling simple: a compact brass lamp, a small potted plant and a tidy tray for stationery. The two shallow drawers easily conceal clutter, so leave the desktop mostly clear and perhaps lean a slim artwork or framed print against the wall. A neutral jute or flat-weave rug beneath will let the green top really sing.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
