I’m a big fan of this green AV unit because its deep, forest-green doors paired with a warm walnut base bring just the right amount of colour without overwhelming a room. It works especially well in mid-century modern, Scandi or Japandi schemes, but can layer up nicely in more eclectic or retro-inspired interiors too. For styling, keep the top clear around your TV or soundbar, then introduce height with a couple of potted plants or sculptural vases at one end. Use the open cubbies for neatly stacked magazines or media consoles and hide cables or less attractive tech in the side cabinets. A low-slung frame or wide mirror above will help balance the unit’s lean profile.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
By the 1900s, almost everyone in London knew Heal's for its great furniture. Interestingly, they were also among the first to sell electric lights in Britain. During World War II, their main store even helped by making parachutes for soldiers.
